It's been fascinating observing these Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) spawn, radical progressive cloaked communists, and their ilk work their malignant magic - and hopefully not in a 'chicken watching the cobra' sort of way, as I'm a good deal more proactive than that.
Most of what we see is filtered through the lens of either their own propaganda disbursement on social media or in campaign advertisements, or the coverage of what used to be a national media more invested in news, which has now morphed into an advocacy corps in nearly all instances.
So you would think the constant drumbeat for even grudging acceptance of these anti-freedom ferals with their debunked, dystopian fever dreams into the fabric of our political system under the 'big tent' excuse would have the most desperate of Democrats holding their noses, shrinking a little more internally, and nodding 'okay.' And, to a certain extent, that's been happening.

It's the buzzword, the go-to talking point.

"We've gotta have a big tent if we want a majority... there's a lot of things we're united on like let's make sure that we stop ICE."pic.twitter.com/VgDC33v2jg
Now, here's kind of the thing I've been seeing as I watch the craven cowards of the 'win at all costs' clan coalesce around the 'big tent' stra-tee-gery.
For one, people you wouldn't normally associate with going off the Democratic plantation are, because the tent flaps have been thrown so wide open for every last one of these certifiable threats not just to Democrats, but to the American way of life, that they are openly questioning the sanity of everyone involved.
As an example, I give you Shannon Watts - the hyperbolic architect of every anti-Second Amendment lawsuit and source of some of the most vicious partisan rhetoric ever recorded. And yet, here she is, in a multiple-post X thread, asking her fellow party members - while educating her over half a million followers by extension - if they have actually listened to what the lunatic fringe they're embracing purely for expediency is saying.
Before plagiarizing Shirley Chisholm, Piker says, “We don’t need those Democrats anymore!” meaning anyone who isn’t a socialist.

He is a dangerous, hateful extremist and anyone campaigning with him - including El Sayed - should be held accountable by voters.
That about blew my mind coming from her, but it got even more brutal as she continued to hammer the larping commie nepo baby psychopath.
"I never would and never will criticize Mao Zedong… one of the great leaders of this world... who changed the entire universe … There was a lot of fucking excess... but China would not exist without Mao."

...Mao’s rule caused 40M deaths through policies like the Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution, making it one of the deadliest regimes in modern history.
Oh, well done, Watts.
And we can assume with Piker's shaky grasp of both history and humanity that his off-the-cuff acknowledgment of 'a lot of f**king excess' was a reference to the body count.
All in the past, and all forgiven as far as the new generation of happy commies goes!
Besides, those peasants and professors were probably asking for it anyway, right? That's inevitably the justification for these Piker types. When you're trying something new, there are always going to be a few...million...broken eggs. The important thing to remember around progressives, socialists, and commies is that they believe to their very toes (they are soulless) that resistance is futile.
This is where another phenomenon of the tent flaps opening and the permission that acceptance gives these former social pariahs, and it's one I've noted before, but is becoming more obvious as the flaps lift higher - they feel more comfortable being who they really are, vice operating within the parameters of what was considered civilized behavior.
The threats to upend the constitutional foundation of the country are straightforward.
The Democrat tent is so big that it includes outright sedition.

Enemies of the Republic. All of them. https://t.co/29qKloTxHG
And the targeted government harassment of specific segments of society whom they find offensive, whether it is for skin hue or bank account size, is done openly, smugly, and celebrated.
YOU'VE GOT MAIL
If you have a second home in New York City worth more than $5M, check your mailbox when you’re back in the five boroughs — because you've got mail.
— Mayor Zohran Kwame Mamdani (@NYCMayor) July 23, 2026
Today, we sent notification letters to property owners, letting them know that our new pied-à-terre tax is coming soon.
The best…
...The best city in the world deserves the best parks, libraries, and schools in the world. That's only possible when we all pay our fair share.
The mayor, naturally, has never paid 'his fair share,' but that's beside the point and how the commies roll.
Self-described “nepo baby” Zohran Mamdani declared a measly $2,000 in the bank on his latest state disclosures.
That’s despite his privileged upbringing and family money — and an annual salary of $131,000 as a state lawmaker, a job he’s had for five years.
The 33-year-old socialist Democratic nominee for NYC mayor did list one unusual asset — four acres of land in his native Uganda that he acquired about a decade ago, worth between $150,000 and $250,000.
He disclosed no US property or investments on the documents, released by the state this week.
...He’s declared the exact same amount of “less than $2,000” for five years in a row in filings to the state Legislative Ethics Commission.
“More drama from a guy who grew up with three silver spoons in his mouth,” quipped political strategist Hank Sheinkopf.
“If anybody believes that Mamdani is a poor person, they need to see a psychiatrist. This is a complete lie. He’s trying to sell people this nonsense that he’s this poor kid,” he told The Post.
Yeah.
Reminding Again: Zohran's family still keeps this mansion in Uganda in the richest neighborhood of Kampala surrounded by armed security because everyone else is so poor. https://t.co/XBa2VgBpYu pic.twitter.com/PgPD3R1qLW

Champagne socialist Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had her mummy pick up her property tax bills.
IT'S A HARD KNOCK LIFE
...But a review of public records undertaken by the Crimson Hub shows that even when Ocasio-Cortez was taking a salary from her campaign during the 2018 cycle when she was first elected to Congress, property tax bills for the condo AOC occupied in the Bronx were not being billed to the soon-to-be congresswoman.
In fact, those bills were being sent to the celebrity politician’s mother, who remained legally responsible for them. It suggests that even while paying herself out of campaign donor money, AOC was quietly relying on Mom's bank account to cover costs.
At the time of her first campaign, AOC was close to thirty — despite becoming the youngest-ever female Member of Congress when sworn into office in 2019.
And blood is thicker than water.
... The Bronx condo she lived in during her congressional campaign appears to now be occupied by her brother, Gabriel. The tax bills for the apartment continue to be sent to the their mother, not Gabriel, who is in his early thirties.
Gabriel is an avowed anti-capitalist like his sister, and is founder of an arts organization “supporting the deaf queer community.”
Despite having reported a $4,597 per month salary as a housing specialist at Samaritan Daytop Village in Briarwood, NY, back in 2022, he declared Chapter 7 bankruptcy, making him another Ocasio-Cortez kid living, or at least spending, beyond his means.
These elite, entitled, and avowed communististas are feeling so very comfortable being themselves that the 'reasonable person' public masks they've been wearing are slipping off regularly.
Former LA mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt noticed the unsettling shift during Mayor Mamdani's recent speech threatening to arrest Benjamin Netanyahu should he dare touch toe in New York City.
Where's that impish, perky grin with the sparkling eyes gone?

Yeah.
That's who this guy really is. That's who all of them really are.
What's really been something is watching them expose themselves, and, in their ego-soaked obliviousness, not even realize that people are watching and listening.
And they don't like what they see when the soft filter's off.
Editor’s Note: The 2026 Midterms will determine the fate of President Trump’s America First agenda. Republicans must maintain control of both chambers of Congress.
