Most people I know understand how and why many people empathized with Lindsay Clancy over her mental health problems.
Mental illness is real, as is the pain it causes.
But far fewer of us can understand the outpouring of support Lindsay received, and how, to copy a phrase, psychotic the levels of hysteria became. After all, Clancy planned, implemented, and executed a long-thought-out plan to execute her children, and cold-bloodedly strangled her own children as they looked her in the eyes and squirmed in fear and agony.
Every killer has a story; so do their victims, and very few of Clancy's supporters have shown a bit of compassion or even notice of the children whom Clancy killed. They are NPCs in a drama they have constructed about how women are misunderstood.

Sane people can't get over the fact that children were strangled, and it is difficult to imagine how the world is better off with a mother who "viciously killed her children" going free with no consequences.
That this needs to be said tells you how off the rails liberal women have gone. That some people believe this is scary enough; that they are willing to cast this wisdom upon the waters and expect people to find it beautiful is terrifying.
Now it's becoming clear exactly why the mostly female jurors thought the victims should be forgotten: they were collateral damage in a war against society over perceived wrongs committed against womankind.
Freeing Lindsay was a strike for social justice, just as letting other criminals go in Soros's prosecutor jurisdictions is supposed to right historical wrongs and serve as reparations for racial grievances.
During her next media tour stop, juror Paula Devlin says the mostly female jury knew the Lindsay Clancy trial could create change to “make it better for other women.”

Of course, letting Lindsay off the hook for the vicious killing of her children won't make life better for women in general; it just sets a precedent for letting women kill their children without consequence. And if you browse TikTok, there are plenty of women making it clear that they wish they could do so, as frightening as that is.
I doubt any of these people actually believe they were striking a blow for womankind, although they seem stupid enough not to have thought anything through. What they have done is confirm many people's concerns that a lot more women are mentally ill and should be kept as far away from any responsibility or power as humanly possible.

Nothing says "fuck the patriarchy" quite like murdering your children I guess...
I think it's…

I think it's safe to say this person has completely lost her mind? How can you sit there and go on a rant like this with a serious face
What they are doing is nothing more than what the black jurors in OJ's trial did, and some admitted as much. They knew OJ was guilty, but they hate white people and used the trial to get back at them. OJ killed white people, was being prosecuted by white people, and voting not guilty hurt white people, so they did it.
Sounds like the OJ jury all over again. They knew OJ did it but they had their reasons for acquitting. She’ll tell you in this video. It is foolish to believe juries don’t get things wrong or work off personal biases. It’s human nature. Unavoidable. pic.twitter.com/G7WiUDK8xK

The trial was not, in their eyes, about judging guilt or innocence; it was a morality play in which they could play the heroes. They could strike a blow against whitey, so they did.
Same thing here. There is a massive anti-male movement, especially on the left. That is not my invention. The misandry is open and everywhere, just as anti-white prejudice is now cool enough that the Democrat candidate for U.S. Senate openly talked about his being white as a sickness.

Liberals talk about whiteness all the time as an inherent evil, and academia is filled with openly racist professors preaching the religion of anti-whiteness. There's lots of social science research showing that white liberals hate white people and say so.
A few years back, a friend of mine looked into the 2018 American National Election Study pilot, and he found that every racial group felt warmth towards members of their own race, except for White liberals

I wanted to see if that replicated and expand on it🧵

It is now common for liberals to talk about how evil men are, and no group is more reviled by the left than white males. And guess who the villain in the Lindsay Clancy case is? Her husband, whom some even claim did the deed, even though Clancy doesn't even deny her guilt.
The Lindsay Clancy trial was about the Social Justice Warriors taking a stand. They were striking a blow. They all knew she was guilty and even said so. They are angry that we can't get beyond that and see that letting her go would make the world a better place.
