Gender ideology is still wreaking havoc across the country and in pockets of our culture (if you can call the WNBA "cultural"), but organizations such as Gays Against Groomers, Moms for Liberty, and journalists like myself, Matt Walsh, and so many others have made tremendous progress in breaking the spell that alphabet ideology has created.
Best of all, the Trump administration has been on the warpath, reminding us that his accomplishments in less than two years have been extraordinary.
And that war continues, with the HHS and the White House Task Force releasing their "Wolves in White Coats" report on the actual medical and insurance fraud that helped fuel the rise of the ghoulish practice of "gender affirming care." Say what you want about RFK, Jr., he is right on at least most of the big picture stuff, and at least has a point on all the rest.

Today, @HHSGov released “Wolves in White Coats,” a comprehensive commissioned report that presents HHS’ findings and recommendations about the industry pushing and profiting off so-called “gender medicine.”
Pursuant to its recommendations, today @VP, as Chairman of @WHFraudTF, and @SecKennedy referred hospitals and clinics identified by the report to @TheJusticeDept and @OIGatHHS for possible violations of federal law.
Few modern medical practices are as evil as "gender affirming care," which even WPATH now admits is based on shoddy science that is nothing more than "opinion." I will write about their admissions in court in another piece. It is up there with lobotomies, late-term abortions, and the Tuskegee experiments on unsuspecting patients in its evil qualities.
And, as with lobotomies, it has been promoted as "lifesaving care" while being a devilish fad and cash cow for unscrupulous doctors and hospitals, and at a scale that puts the lobotomy grifters to shame.

NEWS: Trump Admin Issues Report Finding Doctors Routinely Used Non-Gender-Dysphoria-Related Billing Codes for Gender-Transition Treatment for Minors
According to a new HHS report, from 2015 to 2025, "approximately $50 million in insurance claims for puberty blockers" for gender-transition treatment was "billed using endocrine disorder diagnostic code E34.9 (Endocrine Disorder, Unspecified)." The report further finds that "nearly $11 million in claims for patients ages 13–17 were billed using a diagnosis code for precocious puberty E301 — findings the report says warrant additional review of insurance coding practices."
"The report recommends strengthening oversight of insurance coding practices, enhancing program integrity, and ensuring appropriate review of potentially improper billing practices," says HHS in a release.
These practices are hardly a secret. Doctors in pediatric gender medicine have often openly advocated using different billing codes that are not related to treating gender dysphoria to get these treatments covered by insurance.
And the fraud goes well beyond the science and the propaganda. Since the lure of lucre has been a key to getting the medical profession on board, doctors and hospitals have been committing actual insurance fraud to fund their industry. Rather than admit what they were doing, in many cases they actually conspired to deceive the government and insurance companies, passing on fake diagnoses to get approval for what amounted to experimental medicine.
The providers and institutions referenced in the HHS report on fraud include Fenway Health, Planned Parenthood, Queerdoc, and others. But this list is far from incomplete.

Howard Brown Health in Chicago lets patients decide what the diagnosis should be. Probably one of the more egregious public admissions of fraud. I'll bet the authors of the report are kicking themselves that they missed this one.
This isn't just unethical and morally evil; it is highly illegal, and people should not just be condemned to hell in the afterlife, but thrown in jail for a good long time for this one. Just because you wear a white coat and speak with fake authority does not immunize you from legal consequences that come from peddling fraudulent treatments and charging for fraudulent procedures.

For years now, some hospitals and healthcare providers have been subjecting children to horrific, experimental treatments in service of radical gender ideologies. Today, thanks to the Wolves in White Coats report released by @HHSGov, we know why: profit. It turns out that convincing vulnerable children to reject their gender can create patients for life, earning hospitals tens of thousands of dollars in additional revenue per child.
The report contains deeply disturbing allegations, and I encourage every American and every parent, to read it. More than just pushing these procedures on kids, hospitals and providers may have been defrauding Medicaid and private insurers by using misleading or fraudulent billing codes to get insurance to cover the costs.
Former "patients" are winning in civil courts, and that saga is just beginning, but criminal prosecutions must follow tout de suite. We can't count on a future DOJ to pursue criminal charges against doctors who are in their own political camp; we have ample evidence that "justice" to the Left means something radically different than it does to normal people.

As we were putting together the HHS Report, it was stunning to see how many academic medical journals were blatantly admitting that proxy (i.e. false) diagnosis codes were being routinely used in gender clinics.
And the authors of these academic publications are not just anyone, but former CMS officials from the Office of Minority Health and attending physicians from major university hospital programs, like the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.
In the latter case, the authors tacitly admit that 95% of the patients in the university's gender clinic who were diagnosed with "endocrine disorder, unspecified," did not have an actual endocrine disorder.
In Plato's Republic, the character Polemarchus argues that Justice is nothing more than helping your friends and harming your enemies, and that is the view of the Left. There is no higher justice; just power. So if we want earthly justice as well as the justice that comes from God's ultimate judgment, we need to see these doctors and hospital administrators punished now.

In many instances, the legal case is pretty clear: if you did one thing and charged for another, that's fraud.
